We went to church this morning, and got a chance to experience 1st hand a traditional Swahili choir with the song and movement! .. It was awesome!!
And now, I just got back from my 1st live Football Match .. I thought I would have had to wait till the World Cup in SA next yr! This was a match b/w the Dodoma Police and the Dar Es Salaam Simba .. Dodoma lost: 0-3 … But it was good fun .. I’m glad I went …
As i type this, i can hear some traditional drums being played in our hotel courtyard .. Looks like they’ve arranged some programme for the evening! Its Sunday-night, but it looks like the party’s just getting started! :)
