The company I work for has been engaged in a program which forms groups of about 10 employees from its offices all over the world, to work on a project in a developing nation… Someone on one of these teams recently returned to our India office to talk about his ‘life-changing’ experience…
I’m about to embark on a similar assignment… And I realise that this could be life-changing for me as well ..
I realise that the biggest reason collaboration works is because Diversity does too .. And 2 and 2 can definitely make 5 …
So Collaboration might be a long word .. but its a powerful one!
And yes .. i think I’ll miss the radio when I’m away …
